This modern 100,000 sq. m logistics park, located right next to the A1 motorway only 20 minutes from the center of Łódź. The Park is designed on c.a. 280 000 sq. m of land and consists of 3 buildings. New public road connections were designed and build, including a new highway roundabout. 10-meter storage height, and a BREEAM Very Good certification. The transaction has been realized in 2020.
